Critical Care RN – Summary Critical Care RNs provide advanced care to patients with life-threatening conditions such as heart attack, stroke, trauma, respiratory failure, and shock. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, wound care, ventilator/IABP management, IV medication administration, monitoring vital signs, assisting in procedures, responding to emergencies, and educating families. May also care for pre/post-operative patients and float as needed.
Facility Requirements Minimum 1 year recent LTACH experience (Trach, Vent, Wound Care required) ACLS & BLS (AHA only) – must be attached Active OH RN or Compact License – must be attached Must float to LTAC unit as needed ICU: 10 beds (ICU & MS mix) Submission Template (Mandatory) Subject Line: (SUBMISSION) – (Candidate Name) – (Facility Name) – (Specialty) – (Position ) Body:
