Registered Nurses NeededWe are growing our nurse team are adding Registered Nurses for all shifts to help us provide life changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work full‑time only. Shifts are 12 hours and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives.
Benefits of joining the NPH RN team- New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience
- $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 per hour weekend day shift (Saturday and Sunday), and $10 per hour weekend night shift differential

- Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy, and hospital values and philosophy.
- Assess patient needs and initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications- Education:
graduate from an accredited school of nursing. - License: valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Ohio.
- Experience:
One year of mental, behavioral, med‑surg, critical care, or ER nursing experience preferred.
