Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Rate: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
All Med Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses to support Primary Care Services at the Dayton VA Medical Center during implementation of the new Electronic Health Record Modernization system.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and triage.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Coordinate care among interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide patient education and follow-up support.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Document care within the electronic health record.
- Support quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Current unrestricted RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of recent nursing experience.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- VA experience.
- BSN preferred.
- Primary care, ambulatory care, or outpatient clinic experience.
- Experience with Cerner, CPRS, VistA, or other EHR platforms.
