Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Children's Home Care of Dayton (Full time, 24-hour shift). The RN delivers professional nursing care following the standards of the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing, interacts with an interdisciplinary team, and facilitates a family‑centered, patient‑experience‑oriented environment.

• Provide competent nursing care based on a documented assessment of patient and family needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Act as a change agent to support the evolving census and needs of all patients and families.
• Contribute to a safety‑first culture that prioritizes patient, family, and employee well‑being.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pediatric care.

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Commitment to obtain a BSN within five years of hire.
• Eligibility to participate in the hospital’s benefits plan.
