Episode Management Nurse – Detail‑oriented RN who makes a difference behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and OASIS expertise to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care from start to finish.

This position has a Monday‑through‑Friday 8am‑5pm in‑office schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on‑call requirements.

• Live‑in‑house training in our Perrysburg Corporate and Dayton Area office.
• No on‑call.
• RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in Ohio and willingness to obtain a Michigan license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Excellent observation, verbal, written communication, problem‑solving, basic math, nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
