Position Overview
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care following the standards of the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health for patients and families, delivering care based on detailed assessments and aligning with the hospital mission. The RN fosters a patient and family experience‑oriented environment and acts as a change agent to meet the rapidly changing census and needs of all customers, both internal and external.
