Clinical Nurse

Job Overview

Registered Nurse position located at Dayton Children's - Main Campus. Part‑time, 30 hours per week, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On‑call required. Must reside within 30 minutes of Main Campus.

Provide professional nursing care following the standards of care and professional performance set by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes for patients and families, delivering care based on detailed assessment of patient and family needs. Act as a change agent to adapt to rapidly changing census and patient needs.

Create a patient‑ and family‑experience oriented environment.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
• Completion of CPR (Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Commitment to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within five years of hire.
