As an Episode Management RN you will use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and OASIS expertise to help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care from start to finish.

• Stability: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm in‑office position.
• No evenings, weekends, or on‑call requirements.
• Excellent training: Ongoing education and support to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and staffing needs.

• Live in‑house training in our Perrysburg Corporate and Dayton Area office
• No on‑call
• RN with one year OASIS or MDS experience preferred
• Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and be willing to obtain a Michigan license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, basic math skills, and nursing skills per competency checklist
• Self‑directed with the ability to work with little supervision and good organizational skills
