Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Our CRNAs bring advanced clinical expertise, critical thinking, and specialized training to deliver exceptional care to neonatal and pediatric patients and their families. In collaboration with anesthesiologists, CRNAs develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessments.

- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15
- Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
- Trauma Level/Designation:
Level 1 Trauma Center - Annual ER Volume: (OR volume – 13,000 cases per year)
- Description of OR Staff: physician, anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff
- Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs at main, 4 at south and medical imaging/IR coverage as well
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60- 90 days
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary 250-290k/yr based on experience (0-2; 2-5; 5+)
- Sign-on bonus based on commitment
- Potential for incentive bonus (yearly)
- CME/PTO (0-5) 291 hours (5+) 331 hours

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification
- Licensure in the State of Ohio
- PALS certification
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
Certification Requirements:
- NBCRNA

- BSN, AANA, PALS
