Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: this is likely a placeholder; salary reflects annual range of $250,000–$290,000)

Salary: $250,000 – $290,000/year based on experience

Additional Compensation:
Sign-on bonus, potential incentive bonus

What You'll Do

  • Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center with approximately 13,000 cases annually
  • Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia plans for a variety of surgical cases
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia during procedures
  • Support a team consisting of physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and staff in a hospital with 11 ORs and additional imaging services
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia from pre-op assessments through recovery
  • Maintain excellent communication and manual dexterity in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

  • Active Ohio RN license and CRNA certification
  • Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
  • PALS certification
  • 1-3 years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
  • Excellent manual dexterity and emotional stamina
