Pay & Benefits

Salary: $250,000 – $290,000/year based on experience

What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center with approximately 13,000 cases annually
- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia plans for a variety of surgical cases
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia during procedures
- Support a team consisting of physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and staff in a hospital with 11 ORs and additional imaging services
- Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia from pre-op assessments through recovery
- Maintain excellent communication and manual dexterity in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license and CRNA certification
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- PALS certification
- 1-3 years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and emotional stamina
