• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a dedicated pediatric anesthesia setting
• Partner with anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans based on pre‑operative assessments
• Participate in the anesthesia workflow from induction through maintenance and emergence
• Deliver clinical care using advanced critical thinking and specialized nurse anesthesia training
• Collaborate with the OR and anesthesia team (pediatric anesthesiologist, CRNA colleagues, nursing staff)
• Maintain patient safety and support high‑quality perioperative experiences for patients and families

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Graduation from an accredited AANA‑approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification
• Ohio licensure
• PALS certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina

• 1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience

This role is with a state‑of‑the‑art pediatric anesthesia department at a leading pediatric facility in Dayton, OH. You’ll support a team environment with pediatric anesthesiologist supervision and structured shifts—focused on delivering exceptional perioperative care for neonatal and pediatric patients and their families.
