** Job Description
** Shriners Children’s Ohio has an opportunity for a full-time night shift Pediatric RN to join our Inpatient Unit. In this unique role, you’ll provide compassionate, family-centered care to children requiring Med-Surg and ICU-level nursing—including those recovering from burns and complex craniofacial conditions.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.
* The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.
* This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.

* Required Qualifications:

*** BSN degree or in process
* Ohio RN License
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** 2+ years bedside RN experience (will consider new grads)
* Pediatric and ICU experience
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

The pay range for this position is $35.37 - $53.05. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
