Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient - Hybrid

We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Dayton, OH who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients in a clinical setting.
• Provide both medication management and therapy to patients as part of a psychiatric care team.
• Participate in flexible delivery models including telemedicine and in-person care.

• Licensed in the state of Ohio with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Experienced with adult, child and adolescent populations or lifespan considerations.
• Experienced in both medication management and therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing independently as a PMHNP; no exceptions.
• Must be available at least 2-3 days per week in person.

• Compensation Range $220,000 - $280,000, with a productivity-based model.
