Role Overview
The Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry‑level nursing position responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care in a dialysis setting.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and manage treatment plans.
- Administer medications and provide patient education.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.
- Supervise and support other care staff.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Assist in emergency response.
- Document patient care and perform laboratory procedures.
- Nursing degree.
- Valid nursing licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in nephrology or hemodialysis preferred.
Heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and assisting with patient mobility.
