Role: The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) provides resident care, supporting activities of daily living to ensure residents' health, welfare, and safety.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with eating, bathing, grooming, mobility, and exercise.
- Monitor vitals and observe resident behavior, reporting to medical staff.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid STNA license per ODH.
Skills: Compassion, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication.
