Kettering Health Dayton is seeking an RN who supports the care delivery process as part of a First Assist team. The RN will collaborate with physicians and staff, advocate for safe patient care, and participate in ongoing performance improvement. Ohio RN license and BLS required; ACLS/NRP/PALS aligned with unit scope.
On-call availability with response within 30 minutes may be required, depending on unit needs. This is a Full-Time, First Shift role across Dayton facilities.
