Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: $250,000 – $290,000 annually, based on experience
• Additional Compensation:
  Sign-on bonus, potential yearly incentive bonus

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and manage emergences during surgeries
• Contribute to perioperative care before, during, and after procedures
• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center performing 1-15 surgical cases daily
• Support a team of physicians, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a busy OR environment
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Graduation from accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure
• PALS certification
• Strong communication and manual dexterity skills

Preferred:

• 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience
