Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: $250,000 – $290,000 annually, based on experience
- Additional Compensation:
Sign-on bonus, potential yearly incentive bonus - Benefits:

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia plans for neonatal and pediatric patients
- Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and manage emergences during surgeries
- Contribute to perioperative care before, during, and after procedures
- Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center performing 1-15 surgical cases daily
- Support a team of physicians, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a busy OR environment
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Graduation from accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure
- PALS certification
- Strong communication and manual dexterity skills
Preferred:
- 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience
