Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6. 36 or 48 hours. For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours.
Must have EPIC experience. Must have the following requirements:
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment must have exp with stable chronic ventilators BLS, ACLS, and NIH. IV Start preferred 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred Travel experience preferred. Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus. Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives. RTO Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
