- 24/7 accountability for leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of a team of virtual nurses and unlicensed caregivers

Demonstrates strong leadership and operational management skills in virtual nursing environments, ensuring integration of services and optimization of patient outcomes. Holds a valid Registered Nurse License and possesses extensive experience in healthcare technology and hospital operations.
