Key Responsibilities of the RN – Pediatric Pre-op
- Prepare pediatric patients for pre-operative procedures
- Provide necessary pre-operative education to patients and families
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes
- Assist with post-operative care and recovery
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements of the RN – Pediatric Pre-op
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience
