PAM Health seeks an LVN/LPN to join our Dayton, OH team. You will deliver nursing care under an RN, collect data, follow orders, and perform procedures in a patient-focused, guideline-driven environment.
Required LPN/LVN licensure in-state or compact, BLS (AHA approved within 90 days), and optional IV certification. Prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred but not mandatory, with opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership structure.
