Excellent comprehensive package, health insurance, paid time off, and more What You ll Do Deliver anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy, state-of-the-art surgical setting Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and staff to develop and implement anesthesia plans Maintain high standards of patient safety from induction through emergence Manage cases across multiple ORs; typically 1-15 cases per day Participate in pain management cases and trauma care in a Level 1 Trauma Center Contribute to a team committed to exceptional pediatric care with no call or weekend duties What You Need Current Ohio RN licensure and CRNA certification Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program PALS certification (Required) 1-3 years neonatal or pediatric anesthesia experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Manual dexterity and stamina for high-quality patient care About the Assignment This opportunity is based at Dayton Children s Hospital, a leading pediatric care facility that offers innovative, compassionate care in a cutting-edge environment.
