Overview

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work across a variety of care settings, including long-term care, rehab, and clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities
• Report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio required
• Current BLS or CPR certification required
• Minimum 1-year clinical experience preferred
• Strong medication administration and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
