Locum to Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Dayton, OH

- Hourly Pay Rate: $16.75/hour

- Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and deliver anesthesia care plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence for a variety of surgical cases.
- Deliver safe, exceptional anesthesia care in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Support neonatal and pediatric patients, focusing on complex cases including spectrum disorders.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Work in a collaborative team environment supporting a high-volume surgical setting.
- Ohio license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current CRNA certification and PALS certification
- 0-2 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
- Strong communication, manual dexterity, and emotional stamina
- Ability to work independently under supervision
