Shift: Full-time 12:00pm-10:00pm/ 80 Hours Per Pay The Associate Nurse Manager has responsibilities for a functional area of patient services and must collaborate with others to achieve strategic objectives for system, hospital, and unit. Assists in communication of system, hospital, division and unit vision and goals, develops a team of highly skilled staff, and ensures cost effective and efficient use of resources for optimum outcomes.
Practice is consistent with applicable licensing board, regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The Associate Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, directs and oversees the functions of the patient care team.

- Valid Ohio RN License
- Current CPR
- ACLS and PALS required or must obtain within one year from date in position.

Required:

Progressive leadership experience - Prior specific functional responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in, at minimum, an Advanced Care (step down) setting. - Preferred experience:
Critical care experience - Other experience requirements: N/A
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates a full range of highly effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven clinical competence
- Proven ability to perform ongoing prioritization
