What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care to clients in our residential treatment program
- Administer medications and treatments under physician/NP direction
- Monitor vitals and health status, flagging concerns to the medical team early
- Support intake, screenings, and medical assessments for new clients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to build individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on medication adherence and healthy lifestyle habits
- Contribute ideas in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing is a plus — but not required if you bring the right mindset
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- A team player with great communication skills
- Genuine compassion and a nonjudgmental approach to patients facing substance use disorders
- Comfort with computer-based documentation systems
