Registered Veterinary Technician​/Veterinary Nurse

Part-time or Full-time | In-Person | Ohio

The Veterinary Nurse or Technician is a key member of the healthcare team, supporting patient care, clinical procedures, and client education to ensure the hospital runs efficiently and compassionately. This role requires strong medical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to assist in diagnostics, anesthesia, surgery, and nursing care.

• $19-24/hour – Entry VT (non-registered)
• Starting at $21/hour – Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for RVT
• $500 at hire
• $500 after 90 days of continued employment

• Assist veterinarians with outpatient and inpatient care, diagnostics, imaging, anesthesia, and surgery.
• Perform laboratory testing, collect samples, administer medications, and monitor hospitalized patients.
• Provide client education and discharge instructions.
• Support hospital workflow, inventory, safety standards, and team development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RVT license in Ohio preferred but not required.
• On-the-job veterinary experience desired if not licensed.
• Ability to lift/restrain animals and work in a clinical environment.
