* ** Summary*
* The QA Associate will support daily Quality Assurance activities, including complaint investigations, documentation review, discrepancy identification, and trend tracking. You'll collaborate with a Senior Associate on complaint record approvals and contribute to maintaining compliance standards across operations.

** Essential Functions*
* + Approve quality documents and written procedures

+ Develop SOPs and other quality‑related documentation

+ Review batch and testing records

+ Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)

+ Partner with site personnel to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

+ Prepare and maintain trend analyses

+ Provide backup support for QA and site operations

+ Investigate product complaints

+ Monitor adherence to quality and compliance requirements

** Required Education & Experience*
* + Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience

** Key Competencies*
* + Working knowledge of GMP requirements and related guidelines

+ Experience in Quality Assurance and compliance issue resolution

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Familiarity with quality systems supporting manufacturing and QC operations

+ Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

+ Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
