Aero Vironment seeks a Scaled Inorganic Particle Synthesis Scientist to drive advanced materials development for defense systems. You will lead scaling from benchtop chemistry to multi-kilogram production of inorganic powders, ceramics precursors, and high-temperature nanoparticles.
The Senior Scientist will mentor junior team members, guide cross-functional projects with AFRL and internal engineers, and manage lab-to-pilot scale-up workflows on government programs.
