Food and Beverage Associate

We are looking for someone who is into video games, bowling, or karaoke, and is friendly and outgoing. The ideal candidate enjoys being around people and working in a fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Operate POS register for food and drinks.
• Prepare food and beverage items utilizing company policies and standards.
• Reset and bus the food court seating area.
• Wash and dry dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Manage food and beverage inventory according to store policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Manage plates, cups, and other utensil inventory according to store policies and procedures.
• Conduct restroom checks and cleaning, including laundry of rags.
• Respond responsively and politely to customers' requests.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to handle alcohol.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment required.
• Experience in a bowling establishment is preferred, but not required.

Work Environment:

The employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

The employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
