Responsibilities
- Provide member service, maintain checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members regarding self‑service technology.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to safety standards, perform safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify memberships, arrange and organize merchandise, and help members transport items.
- Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on processes, mobile applications, and new technology rollout.
- Identify shrink, damages, and ensure area is organized and safe.
- Follow company policies, including the Open Door Policy, and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks and address improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrate teamwork, clear communication, integrity, and customer focus in daily activities.
- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
