If you re passionate about fashion, enjoy working with people, and are ready to take the next step in retail leadership, we d love to meet you.

As a Key Holder, you ll help manage daily store operations, support the management team, and ensure every customer has an outstanding shopping experience.

What You ll Do
  • Open and close the store while following company procedures
  • Lead and motivate team members during your shift
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Operate the cash register and oversee accurate cash handling
  • Assist with tagging clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories
  • Help merchandise new inventory and maintain visually appealing displays
  • Coach and support Fashion Consultants throughout the day
  • Assist with fitting rooms and customer needs
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Help achieve sales, productivity, and customer service goals
  • Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention standards are followed

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
  • Previous key holder, shift lead, or supervisor experience is a plus
  • Experience handling cash and balancing registers
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout your shift
  • Energetic and outgoing
