Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondeléz International. Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondeléz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondeléz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondeléz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate issues with Mondeléz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondeléz in store.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid REAL r’s license (state‑issued), U.S. passport, or federal .
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Own personal vehicle for travel to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Proficient in downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Dayton, OH; secondary locations include Huber Heights, OH.
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; start time 6:00 am.

Hourly compensation: $14.00–$16.00 based on relevant experience.
