We are opening a new retail store at The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek, OH, and are seeking Temporary, Part‑Time Sales Associates for this launch. This entry‑level retail position offers $16.00 per hour and flexible scheduling to fit various lifestyles.

• Engage customers by approaching and assisting multiple shoppers, providing personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive sales by converting every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, fostering brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Build relationships with customers, sharing expertise and demonstrating a passion for learning and sharing product knowledge.
• Advocate for customers by actively listening to understand their needs and solving problems efficiently at the first point of contact.
• Leverage technology by using POS, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide seamless, fast omni‑channel service.
• Promote initiatives by driving excitement around L.L.Bean sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery School and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Maintain standards by ensuring a well‑organized store, upholding visual and merchandising standards, and supporting store operations processes.
• Collaborate as part of a team to achieve results, create a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.

Required to stand, walk, and talk throughout the shift; occasional ascent or descent of ladders, stairs, or ramps; repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers; occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting 1 to 20 pounds alone or with a team up to 40 pounds.
