Position Summary

As a member of the produce team, you’ll help ensure the quality, availability, cleanliness and freshness of produce that members and their families eat. You will be at the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the members’ shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintain inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock or over‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Understand and apply quality specifications for various produce types, preparing products according to standards.
- Follow company sanitation guidelines and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Use perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products, ensuring quality and date control standards.
- Model high quality service and materials, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying the Open Door Policy.
- Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners to prioritize and complete work assignments.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Success in completing all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus possible premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
