Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives, plus premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associate focus on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include taking care of customers and moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor to create seasonal display features that meet customer needs.
