Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Manage telephone usage and order processing including buy online/ship to store transfers and related tasks;
Oversee returns, exchanges, and invoicing procedures ensuring correct payment methods and proper staging of merchandise;
Ensure proper store opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures; manage scheduling and clock-in/out; communicate merchandising tasks as assigned
