Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage store inventory, inbound/outbound activity, and ensure shelves are stocked to support sales goals. You will guarantee accurate stock flow, assist with replenishment in the system, and maintain organized stock rooms.
As part of our Partner team, you will train the sales team on inventory processes, focus on UPH targets, and uphold loss prevention standards while delivering the best customer experience.
