- Manage all the day to day tasks of your agency
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Appropriate licenses and/or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FWNL and FFS.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industry.
- Agree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and/or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker/Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration; or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable, the Series 63 registration within ninety (90) days of a written request.
- Satisfactory results of a background check.
