Rental Coordinator
Ziegler Rental, a division of Ziegler CAT, is looking to fill a Rental Coordinator role right away. As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll handle creating, updating, and finalizing rental agreements while keeping both team members and customers informed throughout the process. This position is dynamic and offers great job satisfaction, allowing you to assist customers with real-world challenges using top‑of‑the‑line Cat® Construction equipment and industry leading allied machinery.
The role is based on‑site at the branch where the position is hired.
- Provide rental support to the Rental Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service
- Answer incoming calls from Sales Representatives, customers, and the rental call center
- Generate customer quotes, create and close rental agreements while utilizing Ziegler’s proprietary rental software
- Monitor rental reports to manage daily tasks to ensure process compliance
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns with the Transportation Department
- Ensure accurate and timely invoices, including collection of unpaid balances
- Build and maintain knowledge of rental fleet equipment and their applications
- Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and other departments
- Assist with inventory management when needed
- Follow up with Sales Representatives and customers through phone and other communication channels
- Participate in after‑hours, on‑call support as needed
- Assist with special projects and training when needed
- High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- Customer focus, attention to detail, dependability, efficiency, planning and organization
- Ability to multi‑task in a demanding environment
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Preferred – rental industry knowledge
Physical Requirements
Walking, talking, hearing. Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.

Benefits and CompensationTotal compensation range (hourly pay plus incentive): $49,900 – $73,900.
