Position OverviewWe are seeking In-Home Sales Representatives to manage both storm restoration and retail sales opportunities
. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll meet homeowners, assess their needs, and guide them through the best solutions for their property.
This role is ideal for individuals who:
- Have experience in in-home or high-ticket sales
- Want to earn at a high level in a performance-driven environment
- Can confidently handle insurance (storm) and retail sales processes
- Run pre-set appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners
- Conduct home and roof inspections to identify storm damage or retail needs
- Educate customers on:
- Roofing and exterior solutions
- Insurance restoration process (storm-related claims)
- Present tailored solutions and close contracts in-home
- Manage the full sales cycle :
- Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close
- Build trust through a consultative, customer-first approach
- Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and consistent production goals
- Uncapped commission structure
- W2 or 1099 Employment Options Available
- High-ticket projects = strong per-sale earnings
- Typical earnings: $100K – $250K+ annually
- Top performers exceed this through consistent production
- Experience in:
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (preferred)
- In‑home sales or high-ticket closing environments
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn insurance restoration processes
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Storm (Insurance-Based Sales):
- Identify storm‑related damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Work alongside adjusters when needed
- Retail (Out-of-Pocket Sales):
- Provide estimates for homeowners not going through insurance
- Present premium solutions and financing options
- Close direct‑to‑consumer projects
- Represent a trusted, established brand with strong market presence
