Our client is a nationally recognized real estate services organization providing title insurance, escrow, closing, and transaction support solutions for residential and commercial real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and homeowners across the U.S.

They are searching for a Sales Executive to join their Dayton, OH team ASAP!

Salary

$60-70k base salary (flexible based on experience) + uncapped commission + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated sales executive in Columbus, Ohio. This position requires generating new business opportunities with real estate brokers, developers, investors, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals while simultaneously managing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of accountability and achievement while delivering significant business results, possessing 3 years of sales experience with a detailed, proven track record.

Title insurance or residential real estate experience is not required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and related industry contacts.
  • Prospect, generate, and qualify new business opportunities within the residential real estate market.
  • Conduct outbound calls and meetings to secure appointments and drive revenue growth.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
  • Develop strategies to grow existing client accounts and increase market share.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records including calls, meetings, and pipeline activity.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company professionally within the local real estate community.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal operations and support teams to ensure a strong client experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills with the ability to develop long‑term client partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and conducting in‑person client meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Experience with in real estate, mortgage, title, escrow, or related industries is preferred but not required.
