Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into a high-growth industry with structured training and strong income potential.

As an Entry Level Roofing Inspector, you will conduct property inspections, identify storm related damage, and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process.

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, and guiding customers through the restoration process.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and speaking with homeowners about risks and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Rapidly respond to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns.
• Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).

Comprehensive Training: We provide paid training on how to recognize damage and advise homeowners of risks to their property, how to conduct work safely, and how to help homeowners restore the condition of their home.

Attractive Compensation: Our pay structure rewards your personal effort and performance, with a paid training period and uncapped incentives-based compensation thereafter. Sales representatives who graduate training typically earn from $63k-$120k per year following training. Past sales experience, your skill level, and personal effort will all play a role in your actual earnings.
