Starting pay rate is $21 per hour, may be higher based on experience and local wage regulations.
Ferguson is seeking Sales Support Representatives to join our team and help customers solve problems and learn our business.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use the CRM and phone system effectively.
- Support warehouse operations and provide counter assistance as needed.
- 1‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in waterworks or a construction environment a plus.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- College degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong sales skills, including ability to upsell.
- Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- High motivation and customer‑service oriented mindset with ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.
Pay Range: $18.71 - $29.92 per hour.
This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
