AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full‑time Retail Sales Associate at 6580 N Main St., Suite A, Dayton, OH 45415.
Store hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM;
Saturday, 9:00AM–2:00PM. 37.5‑hour work week, no Sundays.
Starting base compensation: $15.54–$19.88 per hour (adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law). Incentive pay is also available, with an average monthly payout of $162–$389.
Responsibilities- Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
- Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of cashiering, tag and title, and IDEMIA services, if applicable.
- Previous sales and customer‑service experience with a proven ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
- Effective written and oral communication skills essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
- Proficiency navigating multiple websites and computer programs; strong computer skills for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain it within six months of employment.
- Basic geographic knowledge beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment and post‑employment screening, including criminal, drug, and other required checks.
- Ability to obtain necessary membership license or other required certifications, as needed to perform essential job functions.
