Telephonic Client Manager
As a Telephonic Client Manager you will manage, protect, and grow revenue through the sale of Lexis Nexis products, services, and content. You will initiate contact with prospects and existing customers, assess their needs, and create a pipeline of new business opportunities and retention.
Responsibilities- Initiate and respond to inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and, where possible, exceed monthly sales and KPI targets.
- Accept orders, close sales, and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Record sales prospecting activity in computer‑based tracking systems.
- Manage moderately complex territory of assigned accounts and products.
- Contact clients with moderate authority and negotiate service terms.
- Build knowledge of business, market, and account needs.
- Effective communication and adaptability to different audiences.
- Ability to perform structured work assignments and develop competence.
- General understanding of sales methodology with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Broad knowledge of products and solutions.
- Excellent experience in telesales and selling subscription products.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $42,600 – $70,800. Total Target Cash Range: $65,600 – $109,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
