We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative role covering our Dayton, Ohio territory. We’ll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support—you’ll bring the drive to win business and build a book of repeat customers.
What You’ll Do- Hunt for new business opportunities to grow your territory's revenue.
- Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails.
- Train on our products and the industries we serve in order to provide customer‑based solutions.
- Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands.
- Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.
- Guaranteed base during ramp‑up period. Compensation transitions to a high‑earning uncapped commission structure as territory matures.

- High school diploma required; college degree with related coursework preferred.
- 2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience where you demonstrated influence, leadership, project management and customer relations skills. Does not have to be outside sales experience!
- A true hunter mentality – driven, competitive and resilient.
- Solid time‑management, planning and presentation skills.
- The self‑discipline to efficiently run a sales territory independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products;
Netsuite experience is a bonus. - Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and MVR check.
- Must live in or near sales territory and have a reliable vehicle.
