Account Executive - State & Local Government

About the role:

This hybrid position requires team members to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Monday and Tuesday. Responsibilities include driving new business sales, developing key relationships, and demonstrating the value of our world‑class products across specific industry sectors and compliance departments.

• Prospecting for new business sales through a high volume of cold calling and follow‑up in the assigned territory.
• Learn, understand, and demonstrate our world‑class products to prospects.
• Certify and master the demonstrations of our products.
• Achieve or exceed consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.

• Excellent lead generation or inside sales experience; legal and/or government experience highly advantageous.
• Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50‑100 outbound per day).
• Good listener, quick thinker, capable of working solo and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow defined processes.
• Solid time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Compensation: U.S. National Base Pay Range – $49,200 – $82,100. Total Target Cash Range – $75,700 – $126,300. Geographic differentials may apply based on local market rates.
