Overview

Champion Window is hiring a Part‑time Field Marketer to promote Champion Product lines at events, festivals, and home shows. The role involves canvassing, door‑to‑door appointment setting, and product demonstrations while representing the brand as a brand ambassador.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission.

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Door‑to‑door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events.
• Display professional time management and consistency in reliability and availability.
• Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple mobile technology forms.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to stand for up to 8‑10 hours and walk for 4‑8 hours.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.

In addition to a base pay, the position offers a commission‑based structure. High performers can earn approximately $18–$20 per hour, with weekly commissions ranging between $750 and $1,500 or more. Pay is influenced by experience, market location, education, and certifications.
