Retention Sales Development Representative

You will engage with existing customers to identify opportunities that drive retention, expansion, and continued revenue growth. You will build strong relationships with key contacts, understand customer needs, and navigate organizational structures to connect with decision‑makers who can influence renewals and upsell opportunities.

• Work closely with retention teams to schedule qualified appointments, generating real business opportunities.
• Assist with collection and resolution of past‑due invoices.
• Learn and develop sales skills through our training and development program.
• Achieve certification and mastery in demonstrating our world‑class products.
• Work towards promotion into a sales role.

• Prior lead generation or inside sales experience.
• Great listener, quick thinker, able to work solo and as a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow defined processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Chrome, and Linked In.
